If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
